Our inaugural Private School and Health Fair for the Chattanooga Moms Blog came together nicely in the comfortable atmosphere of Puckett’s Restaurant and Grocery. We were especially pleased to have the talented photographer Brittany from Ella Rose Photography to capture the memories of the evening. Many of the contributors from the Chattanooga Moms Blog gathered with local women to enjoying the evening “off” and have the chance to speak with local health care professionals and private school advancement teams. Puckett’s energetic and attentive staff kept the guests liberally supplied with delicious food and drinks, and the spacious private room was noted by several women to be ideal for potential future events.
Our vendors included Grace Baptist Academy, OLPH Catholic School, St. Nicolas School, St. Peter’s Episcopal School, Creative Discovery Museum, Innovative Women’s Health Specialists, Chattanooga Dental Studio, and the YMCA of Metropolitan Chattanooga. As with all of our sponsored events, especially Mom’s Night Out events, we had amazing giveaways from all of our vendors. Some lucky moms who attended received tickets to the Creative Discovery Museum, a gym membership from the YMCA, a free baby reveal ultrasound from Innovative Women’s Health Specialist, a Pioneer Women cookware set with farm raised beef, as well as many other prizes.
Having a night off from family responsibilities and daily life stresses is important to all mothers, and the Chattanooga Moms Blog recognizes that also creating a welcoming atmosphere for local mothers to meet casually with businesses, without the constraints of time or children, is an important resource. We strive to create the Chattanooga Moms Blog to be a helpful bridge and trustworthy source of information for others in our area.
